Return & Refund Policy
Thanks for shopping at Organic AgroNutritionals LLC.
If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product within 7 days to get a refund or exchange the product for another one. We will gladly accept all returns as long as they are unopened. To return it, please send us an email with the subject line “Return Material Authorization [RMA]”.
Please include a copy of your purchase invoice in the return package.
Upon receipt of the material, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your Item. We will inform you on the status of your refund and we will credit you with the value of the merchandise excluding shipping and handling costs. You should see the credit within 7 to 10 days depending on your card issuer’s policies.
Exchange
Upon the receipt of the returned material, we will ship the new order charging/crediting the price difference.
Cancellation
You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing the order. A refund credit will be issued if your credit card has been charged. If the cancellation is received after 24 hours and if the material has already been shipped, you will be responsible for shipping and handling charges.
